Atlanta Summer Camps

At Compass Property Management Group, we know how difficult it can be to find interesting and exciting programs to keep your children busy during the hot summer months. So we decided to do some research and find the best camps in the metro area.

It’s not too late to enroll your child in one of these incredible summer camps.  See below for opportunities to help your child grow.

Atlanta Botanical Gardens

This is a summer day camp full of “discovery, adventure, and nature exploration!” These are selling out quickly because of its popularity so quickly register now!

Habitat Explorers (ages 4-6) June 3-7 or June 17-21, 9 am to 1 pm, $259. Update: Session II (June 17-21) has been sold out.

Adventures in the Garden (ages 7-10) June 24-28, 9 am to 4 pm, $319.

Seed to Snack (ages 4-6) July 15-19 or July 22-26 (still open), 9 am to 1 pm, $289. Update: Session I (July 15-19) has been sold out.

Senior Garden Chef (ages 9-12) June 10-14, 9 am to 4 pm, $379.

Zoo Atlanta

This will be a WILD summer camp! Literally, your child will be exploring all things of the wild. It’s very hands-on and minds-on!

Safari Camp (ages 4-14) all summer 9 am to 4 pm with early drop-off and extended care, prices vary depending on the program.

Fernbank Museum

Your child will be able to learn and explore the scientific world through very hands-on experiences.

A variety of programs (ages 5-12) all summer 9 am to 4 pm, before and after care for an additional charge, $350. Update: All are sold out except the Ages 9-10-year-olds dates for July 8-12 and July 15-19.

High Museum Summer Camp

It is an art camp. The young artists will get to explore the museum’s galleries and create their own artwork!

(1st through 8th grades) June to Aug 2nd, 9 am to 4 pm with early drop off and aftercare (additional charge). Prices vary depending on membership.

International School Camp

This camp helps your child learn about the world. It’s a great way to introduce your child/children to different cultures and people around the world.

A variety of programs (kindergarten to 12th grade) all summer 9 am to 3 pm with the early drop-off. Prices vary depending on the program. There are lots of programs to choose from.

Club SciKidz Science and Technology Camp

It states on their website that this camp has “carefully researched STEM based science lessons help engage students in observation, measurement, identification of properties, and experimentation involving life, earth, and physical science concepts.”

Stem-based camps. There are 52 camps to choose from. Prices vary depending on the program.

Circus Camp

It’s exactly as it sounds! It’s a circus camp where your child will experience a variety of circus skills. Campers of any skill level are welcome.

(4 locations) June and July 10:30 am to 4 pm. Prices vary depending on the camp location and activities.
