From the initial introduction, to the screening, move-in and ongoing life at our properties, we are with you every step. We ensure all residents who rent with us peace of mind that the property they reside in will be a place they want to call home. We provide you with your own password protected Web portal to make repair requests, view monthly statements and receipts as well as pay your rent directly on-line. Of course we are always available via phone or email. If you have any problems we want to hear about it right away so that we can make the necessary repairs.

Compass does not accept personal checks prior to renting the property and does not allow payments on security deposits. We require all funds paid in full prior to renting the property. This eliminates prospective tenants who really do NOT have the necessary funds for renting. Once approved, all applicants must pay in full, the first month's rent, and a security deposit in certified funds.
Once Compass receives funds, a through rental/lease agreement with the applicant is completed. All persons 18 and over, including adult children, are required to read and sign all rental/lease agreements.
