We at Compass Property Management Group, LLC strive to make the leasing process uncomplicated and respectful to all of those involved. Our screening process is very through because we have been trusted to manage properties on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience to those who lease our homes while protecting the assets of those who own the homes we lease. The key to this whole process is you, the tenant. We hold ourselves, our properties, our owners, and our tenants to what we feel is the highest level of experience in the industry.

From the initial introduction, to the screening, move-in and ongoing life at our properties, we are with you every step. We ensure all residents who rent with us peace of mind that the property they reside in will be a place they want to call home. We provide you with your own password protected Web portal to make repair requests, view monthly statements and receipts as well as pay your rent directly on-line. Of course we are always available via phone or email. If you have any problems we want to hear about it right away so that we can make the necessary repairs.

Rent And Security Deposit

Compass does not accept personal checks prior to renting the property and does not allow payments on security deposits. We require all funds paid in full prior to renting the property. This eliminates prospective tenants who really do NOT have the necessary funds for renting. Once approved, all applicants must pay in full, the first month's rent, and a security deposit in certified funds.

Rent / Lease Agreements

Once Compass receives funds, a through rental/lease agreement with the applicant is completed. All persons 18 and over, including adult children, are required to read and sign all rental/lease agreements.

Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program

Air filters are one of those “out of sight, out of mind” type items and even the best residents find it easy to forget to regularly change your filters, especially when it is as irregular as every 30 days. The EPA has submitted research saying you will save 5-15% on your monthly energy bills by regularly changing and ensuring proper airflow. Changing the air filter in your system ensures cleaner, fresher, and healthier air.

Our Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program will send new HVAC air filters to your doorstep every month so you don’t forget about replacing your filter on-time. You don’t have to worry about what size or type because we already have that information on file so you don’t have to guess and purchase the wrong one for your home.
