21-Day Rent Guarantee

We guarantee to rent your property in 21 days or less or your first 2 months of management are free!

  • Rent must be approved by Compass
  • Property must be vacant, clean and in rent-ready condition
  • Property must allow Compass approved pets
  • Professional Photos are required for marketing

Leasing Guarantee

If the tenant fails within 12 months, we will quickly place a new tenant free of charge.

  • We must approve and place the new tenant
  • The evicted tenant must have been a tenant that Compass approved and signed a lease with

Pet Damage Guarantee

We guarantee up to $2,500* in pet damage.

  • Compass must approve the pet using our processes and placed the tenant in the home
  • Guarantee does not apply if we inherited the tenant and pet
  • Compass will determine what is considered pet damage
  • Repair work to pet damage must be performed by Compass approved vendors
  • Unauthorized pets are not covered
  • Coverage amount is determined by pricing tiers

If you don’t love our services, then you can cancel your Property Management Agreement with a written 30 day notice and zero penalty.
